To use: (1) remove the wrap from the pack; (2) apply your chosen gel, lotion or oil to your skin; (3) firmly wrap the Shape Up Body Wrap around the area to be treated, starting from the lowest part of the body and working upwards; (4) leave the wrap on for 50-60 minutes; (5) remove the wrap; (5) repeat the process after 24 hours. Shape Up Body Wraps can be cleaned with warm water and reused.
