How to use Alpine White Whitening Toothpaste Anti Plaque

Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a toothbrush twice a day. Clean thoroughly for two minutes to protect teeth from bacteria and discolouration. After cleaning, do not rinse the mouth with water, this allows the active ingredients to take effect for longer.
