An impressive 80% of the formula consists of Artemisia Vulgaris extract, also known as mugwort. Naturally rich in antioxidants, Artemisia is highly valued in Korean skincare for its soothing and conditioning properties, making this toner particularly suitable when the skin feels sensitive, stressed, dry or unbalanced.

The formula also contains 10,000 ppm rice bran extract. Rice has a long history in Asian skincare, and its conditioning properties help leave the skin feeling soft and supple while promoting a fresh, naturally luminous appearance.

Four different forms of hyaluronic acid work alongside glycerin to deliver and retain moisture in the skin. This combination is particularly beneficial for dehydrated skin, including oily skin that produces excess sebum while still lacking essential hydration.

How to use:
Use as the first treatment step after cleansing. Dispense an appropriate amount into your palms and gently press or pat the toner into the face until absorbed.
