Apply the mascara to clean, dry lashes. Starting at the base of the lashes, wiggle the brush gently from root to tip, coating each lash evenly. Build up the desired volume and length with additional coats, allowing each layer to dry slightly before reapplying. Use the tip of the wand to reach and define smaller lashes.
