8 Amazing L'Oreal Products Worth Trying

By Emma Heapy
With so many L'Oreal products on the market, it can be hard to choose. These recommendations will help you find your new L'Oreal favourites!

L'Oreal is a worldwide, reputable brand and that also happens to be one of my favourites. With brand ambassadors such as Cheryl Cole, Jennifer Lopez and Blake Lively, it's no wonder why L'Oreal is considered one of the most trustworthy and reliable cosmetics companies. L'Oreal products are also cruelty free, and I always had a few of their products as staples in my makeup bag. That's why, for this article I've selected some products that are available on Luxplus, in the hope to find more amazing products from L'oreal.

The Base

As I mentioned, I already have some L'Oreal staples in my makeup bag and one of those products is their True Match foundation. It's a medium coverage foundation which although doesn't last as long as some high end foundations, for the price difference, True Match can't be beat. If you'd prefer something a little more au naturel, the L'Oreal Nude Magique BB Cream is also amazing! I love to use a BB cream in summer once I already have a tan for lighter coverage. I also use this a base before applying foundation to ensure a long lasting look!

The Eyes

As soon as I saw the brush of their Miss Manga mascara, I knew it would fast become one of my favourite L'Oreal products. The brush is extra thick and bushy looking, therefore it adds so much volume to my lashes. The product also doesn't transfer to my eyelids if it's warm, which I find is the case with most other mascaras. If you're looking for a budget eye palette, I'd highly recommend the L'Oreal Colour Riche Quad in Eau De Rose. The colours aren't the most pigmented but can be built upon for a pretty everyday look. Each colour is so wearable and can be worn alone, or together so you'd definitely get your pennies worth.

The Locks

Along with Garnier (which is actually a part of the L'Oreal brand), L'Oreal sells some of my favourite high street hair products. The Elvive Nutri Gloss shampoo and conditioner duo leaves my hair looking shiny and feeling healthy. After using these two products together, twice a week I've also been using the L'Oreal Serie Expert Pro Keratin Refill Mask. This nourishes and treats any weak, damaged hair.

The Lips

L'Oreal sell the best budget lipsticks and Sensual Rose from the Colour Riche range is the perfect coral for summer. Rather than applying it directly on my lips, I've been dabbing it onto my finger first and then to the lips for a more natural, glowing look rather than a strong coral/orange colour. The packaging of these lipsticks is super pretty and looks much more expensive than they actually are. For a more long lasting look, opt for the L'Oreal Infallible 24H Lip in Timeless Rose. The liquid part of this can be quite drying if you don't use the balm over the top once it sets. The balm also seals the liquid to stop any smudging after eating or drinking, making the lip colour last for several hours.

After reading how much I've loved using all of these products, I hope this article has helped you decide on your next L'Oreal purchase. But if you still haven’t found what you’re looking for, feel free to browse Luxplus’ selection of over 150 L’Oreal products. With savings up to 80%, there’s sure to be something for everyone!
